Our Team!
Teamwork makes the dream work. As well as the concept, the trailer, the shoot, and everything in between. We know that, which is why we aren’t just colleagues, we are friends. Most of us have known each other for years, and share the same passion and excitement for really good promotion and awesome ideas. And also a cool drink at the end of a done day.
Fabian Nagelmüller
Managing Director
Skills: client services, networking, organization
Fabian is a Munich original, who went on to study in England and just finished his MBA in sports management. Back in Munich after his university education, he spent 19 years at Sky Germany, preferably organizing and running shoots. Not just because of craft service catering, but because he loves production— the act of bringing a creative idea to life. Or to a football pitch, a tennis court, a race track. His shoots have taken him all over the world and now he can name-drop with the best of them: Messi, Hamilton, Neuer, Schumacher, Beckenbauer, Gündogan, Rosberg, and a slew of others— he’s met them all and apparently, “they’re just people.”
That’s Fabi.
That’s Fabi.
Patrick Kowalik
Managing Director
Skills: producer, director, asset conception and development, color grading
The P in Patrick stands for passion. Once Pat gets going, there is no stopping him. There wasn’t any stopping him even 20 years ago, when he started working for Premiere without a single applicable skill to his name. But the two things he had in spades: Awesome ideas and the will to implement them. Which is exactly what he’s now been doing at management level for years, from conception past production down to color correction. He’s won lots of awards for his work, too, but he doesn’t let that slow him down one bit. Because that would not be creative.

Skills: 2D/3D motion design, VFX, compositing
Sarah has been doing motion graphics for more than 18 years. Her designs have moved not just us, as well as clients across the sports and entertainment industries, but also the juries of acclaimed advertising and promotion awards. Of which she has several. But that’s not that important. It’s much more important for her to come up with new ideas, designs, and to get new, creative, and perfectly realized concepts out ‘on the road’. Speaking of roads, Sarah is from a motor sports family, and an active Rallye co-pilot. She also keeps our engines going with team spirit, patience, incredibly high standards, and— drive.

Lang Lyn Bach
PM & Motion Design
Skills: motion design, project management, organization
Lang Lyn is officially a motion designer. And unofficially a project manager. It turns out that she’s great at client services, and so she doesn’t just animate designs, but has control over all production streams that funnel through her desk, from briefings to client communications, creation, organization, bookings, shoots, VO recordings, and everything else. She has not yet realized that she’s actually doing two jobs for the price of one. Possibly because she’s so busy. Please don’t tell her;)
